Mitti Cafe is dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities and vulnerable communities by providing them with meaningful employment opportunities in the hospitality industry. Through our inclusive approach, we aim to showcase the power of diversity and inclusion in the workforce, creating a more equitable society for all.

OUR MISSION

To train, employ, and enable economic independence for adults with physical, intellectual and psychiatric disabilities by operating inclusive cafés and food services that demonstrate excellence, professionalism, and compassion—thereby advancing inclusion and disability rights in everyday spaces.

A world where economic empowerment is accessible to all, and inclusive workplaces are the norm—powered by visible, tangible models that can be replicated widely, with active community participation.
